Yes2Chess – part 2

The Yes2Chess initiative was outlined here a few weeks ago.   Now, an excellent short video has been developed, which is well worth watching.

To date, over 100 schools have signed up to Yes2Chess.

  1. None that I know of, unless anyone knows different…
John – anyone from 'your' school playing in the Bury Junior Congress next Sunday?

  2. One from Clacton but not Engaines, see email. Engaines have a friendly Yes2chess match with a Newcastle primary school by way of he introductory process, after half term break

  3. HI Bob,

Perhaps this is a start to rectify the apparent lack of young people in the chess world.

Anything I can do to help?

Perhaps I could put together a mail or e-mail shot to local schools??

    Regards
